On September 23, Li Xinchuang, vice president of China Iron & Steel Association and dean of the Planning Institute of Metallurgical Industry, pointed out at the 2017 (3rd) China Iron and Steel Industry Chain E-Commerce Summit hosted by China Metallurgical Newspaper. 

Faced with the increasingly serious environmental protection situation, Li Xinchuang stressed: "The steel industry must change its concept of environmental protection, strengthen investment in environmental protection and reduce the operational risks brought by environmental economic policies. It is necessary to speed up the construction of a large-scale industrial park with land intensive, clean production, waste recycling, Energy and other characteristics of low-carbon green plant.
